Mission: To provide charitable assistance to families with diabetic children; dispense information to educate the general public regarding the diagnosis, treatment, and management of type 1 diabetes; and improve the quality of life for children living with diabetes - a chronic, progressive, and incurable disease.

Kids with Diabetes, Inc. is a California Public Benefit Corporation organized and operated for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
